Program Description

Combining musical and spiritual practices can become a transcendent experience, touching transformational and sacred spaces in the heart, mind, and body. Join international recording artist and touring musician Girish for a weekend of chanting, meditation, yoga, pranayama, and kirtan to manifest and enhance divine love in your life.

Explore the meaning of and intentions behind the chants, play the harmonium and tabla, and lift your voice in joyful song and prayer. No musical experience is necessary! Be guided through gentle yoga, instrumental and vocal mantra, and kirtan practice—blending voice, harmonium, and tabla. To close the weekend, you’ll sing, dance, and showcase your new skills during a kirtan concert with Girish and his band.

During this energetic weekend, you will:

  • Explore mantras for love, abundance, healing, manifestation, and awakening
  • Learn ancient hymns to enhance balance and spark joy in your life
  • Learn the nine healing breaths
  • Study the neuroscience behind mantra practice and how you can create positive changes in your brain in as little as 40 days.

Leave with a deep understanding of how to apply your new skills for immediate benefits in your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
