Program Description

Do you long for some peace and time away from work or family connecting to your body, mind, and spirit? Join Dondi and Titanya Dahlin, daughters of energy medicine pioneer Donna Eden, for a fun, powerful retreat in movement, artistry, ceremony, and dance—encompassing traditions from the Middle East to Polynesia and Spain.

You will explore the Chinese Five Element system: Water (thoughtfulness and depth), Wood (determination and tenacity), Fire (joy and enthusiasm), Earth (compassion and caring), and Metal (wisdom and refinement).

Through daily explorations, dance combinations and choreography, stretching in world dance forms, and question-and-answer sessions you will:

  • Explore and participate in mindfulness exercises, veil baths, affirmations, and gratitude ceremonies
  • Experience the Five Elements as a way to connect to health, community, and authenticity
  • Learn traditions, music, and dance from around the world with wellness and energy medicine tips along the way
  • Explore the Five Elements as a personality type system, as a health system, and as a road map for the rest of your life.

Enjoy time with women in a supportive community exploring laughter, play, dance, and music. You will leave rejuvenated and take home dance combinations plus ten Eden Energy Medicine exercises for greater health and vitality.
