The workshop includes:
- Sitting meditation and conscious movement
- Awareness of mindful eating
- Writing exercises as well as deep time in nature
- Both practices for deeper connection within yourself and an immersion in conscious community.
Harvest the richness of what 2018 taught you, release any limiting beliefs and obstacles to your hopes for the year ahead, and connect on a deeper level with self-compassion and wisdom. Join this intimate and honest gathering to fully align with your heart’s intentions and enter 2019 ready for growth and renewal.
