Program Description

In today’s hectic, always-on world of constant connection, finding stillness and calm can feel impossible. What if you could “stop time” and disconnect from the frantic pace of your everyday life, savoring each moment as it arrives? Did you know your physical health, mental and emotional wellness, and work productivity are all intrinsically linked to your ability to relax and slow down?

Join Dr. Pedram Shojai, OMD, for a five-day workshop to learn the forgotten art of “stopping time.” Throughout this hands-on experience, you’ll receive the space and guidance needed to learn how to thrive in the “age of overwhelm.” Practice profound Taoist qigong and seated meditation—and take your skills outdoors, where you will relax and reflect beneath majestic redwoods. Power down your tech devices to encourage an inward search. This course will be layered with practical applications for daily life.

You will learn:

  • Actionable steps towards peacefulness you can take advantage of right now
  • How to sit in stillness and silence
  • How to redesign your daily habits to encourage moments of “stopping time” every day
  • The keys to tapping into a deep source of peaceful energy that’s woven into every moment.
