A Women’s Spiritual Retreat
Learning How to Love Ourselves
June 30 - July 2, 2017
Friday - Sunday, 2 nights
Plus 2 nights all-inclusive accommodations priced separatelyRegistration Closed
Step into the radiance of your best self! Truly loving oneself is a psychological and spiritual journey—one most women need to give themselves permission to experience. Our patterns of self-judgment, believing that something is wrong with us, and not feeling like we are enough can translate into anxiety, depression, addiction, burnout, or just a simple suspicion that there is more to life than we are experiencing.
Join singer-songwriter, author and workshop facilitator Karen Drucker for a unique women’s retreat that combines experiential learning with inspiring music. With songs, stories, small group discussions, exercises, and lots of laughter, we will learn how to give ourselves permission to love ourselves while we rejuvenate our body, mind, and spirit.
Over the course of the weekend, you will learn:
- Practical tools to create a “practice” for centering and relaxation.
- Understanding of how the critic works and how you can “tame” that critical voice.
- A fun tool of writing your own chant to affirm whatever you want in your life.
- Practical information about self-care and how to practice that daily.
Here you will reconnect with yourself, feel refreshed amidst the beauty of nature, engage with music that reprograms emotional DNA, enjoy nourishing food, sing, laugh, and return home with a “faith-lift!”
