Program Description

Have you ever wondered if there’s more to life than meets the eye or felt like you’re missing out on something big? What if you could see everything you experience as spiritual nourishment that’s here to teach you more about yourself?

Sarah Susanka, FAIA, best-selling author of The Not So Big Life, offers a weekend workshop to help you identify what’s in the way of living your full potential—right here, right now. Discover how to inhabit your life completely by listening to what your heart already knows. Come away with greater meaning and a sense of being at home in your life.

Practice meditation, inquiry in presence, discussion, and simple habit-changing exercises that will help you see each experience in your life as the fuel for transformation.

Note: For fans of Sarah’s The Not So Big House series, it should be noted that the Not So Big Life workshop covers different subject matter altogether, and will not be helpful in designing your home.
