Guided by NeuroMovement creator Anat Baniel, you will learn the Nine Essentials for Lifelong Vitality® in easy, pleasurable, fun, and safe movement lessons tailored to specific parts of the body that provide your brain with new information for greater flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. As you map the range of movement of each area more fully to the brain, you wake up your brain to new ways of being, often reducing or eliminating pain altogether.
All levels and ages are welcome and leave with effective, practical tools to move beyond pain and limitation to vitality and well-being.

Anat Baniel, author of the best-sellers Move Into Life and Kids Beyond Limits, is the founder of the Anat Baniel Method®. Her evidence-based approach, the NeuroMovement® Method, which she developed over 30 years, is supported by leading neuroscientists and has helped thousands of people of all ages move beyond limitations.
Anat’s method and theory is grounded in her experience as a clinical psychologist, her training as a dancer, and her studies and close professional association with Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais. Through her seminars and experiential programs, she delivers concrete, powerful, and easy-to-use tools, including her Nine Essentials for Lifelong Vitality®, which often lead clients to outcomes that defy expectations.
