Change transforms our lives—that is inevitable. But how can we skillfully navigate it to have conscious endings and visionary beginnings?
Life coach and counselor Christine Warren’s Four Stages of Change will empower you with a life-transforming system of tools to move through life’s changes and challenges with greater ease. Through dynamic teachings, creative experiential work, tools, and practices aligned to each Phase, you will explore:
- Integrating Your Past—collect wisdom and gifts from your past, experience the liberation of true forgiveness, and see how your past has positively shaped the person you’ve become
- Living in the Mystery—learn to embrace not knowing what’s next, and experience deepened trust in the higher plan unfolding for your life
- Your Phoenix Rising—welcome and attune to a new way of being, your inner phoenix rising from the ashes of your past, to guide your life forward with magnificence and joy
- Creating Your Vision—work with the inspiring teachings of quantum physics and metaphysics to access your higher self.
You will learn to recognize a new way of being emerging from your own change, align to your greatest potential, and recreate your outer life as a fulfilling expression of your deepest self. Anyone going through change or looking for change in any area of life is welcome.
