Dana Sturtevant, MS, RD
Cofounder of Be Nourished
Dana Sturtevant is a trainer, mentor, Kripalu Yoga teacher, and dietitian. She is a popular speaker on topics such as intuitive eating and body respect in health-care communities, and is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post.
Dana is cofounder of Be Nourished, a business helping people heal body shame and reclaim body trust. The Be Nourished Training Institute offers trainings grounded in the empirically validated treatment modalities of Motivational Interviewing and the Health at Every Size® program to support those in helping professions create well-balanced, meaningful relationships with clients.
A member of the International Motivational Interviewing network of trainers, Dana has facilitated more than 300 workshops throughout the United States for health care providers looking to enhance their skills in behavior-change counseling. From 2007–2012, she was an adjunct instructor for the Eating Disorder Certificate Program at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.

Cancellations and Refunds
If You Cancel- If you cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date, payments made will be refunded in full (less a $50 processing fee).
- If you cancel between 13 days and 1 day prior to your arrival date, a nonrefundable credit (less a $50 processing fee) will be held for one year from the date of issue.
- No credit or refund is available if you cancel on your arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave a program or event early.
- No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
If 1440 Multiversity Cancels
On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, 1440 Multiversity may need to cancel a program. Should this circumstance arise, you will receive a full refund.
Grievances
