Video Max StromTeacher, speaker, author, and trainer
Max Strom is a global teacher, speaker, author, and trainer, best known for deeply impacting the lives of his students. In 2006, the increased demand for his work inspired him to take his teachings beyond his yoga center in Los Angeles. Max now teaches globally and has become a prominent voice of personal transformation.
His field-tested Inner Axis system combines techniques from yoga, qigong, and movement therapy to support internal emotional healing and physical health. His teachings are known for reaching past the limits of contemporary yoga culture, touching the hearts of people from all walks of life, nationalities, and backgrounds. His lectures include philosophy for real-world living and personal growth that is profoundly meaningful to students and their families.
He is the author of A Life Worth Breathing, which has been published in five languages, and There is No App for Happiness. He has presented at venues including TEDx conferences, Fortune 500 corporations, Singularity University, and the first Health and Well-Being Symposium in Saudi Arabia.
