Mindful and compassionate leadership can make the difference between a good organization and a great one—between surface relationships and meaningful connections capable of inspiring others to live up to their fullest potential.
Drawing on established business and mindfulness practices, Barry Margerum, MBA, mindful executive and corporate pioneer, teaches you how to become the best leader you can be—the force for good that your organization, colleagues, employees, and the world are calling for. In this weekend of group exercises, discussion, journaling, and mindful listening you will learn:
- How to become more mindful and build a mindfulness-based culture where employees are more engaged, have increased well-being, and perform optimally
- Ways to establish a psychologically safe environment for creating high performance teams
- How to enhance the outcomes of crucial conversations and challenging circumstances
- How to improve your communication skills in order to develop more authentic relationships.
This workshop is geared to knowledge workers and those interested in improving their leadership skills. You will come away with a better understanding of how to build a mindfulness-based business culture and your important role within it.
