Program Description

Mindfulness develops clarity of vision, compassion leads to a deeper understanding of oneself and others, and courage supports us in carrying out difficult tasks. These qualities define heart-centered, sustainable leadership and all of them must be strengthened through intentional practice.

Join businesswoman and Buddhist practitioner Anushka Fernandopulle, MBA, for a weekend of mindfulness training and leadership development. Look forward to immersing yourself in silent meditation, writing reflection, visioning, Q&A, small group sharing, solitary time in nature, deep rest, and relaxation.

You will learn:

  • How to make your role as a leader part of a deeper path of developing wisdom and compassion
  • To cultivate a greater sense of presence and groundedness using practices from Buddhist meditation to support focus, balance, and creativity
  • How to clarify your vision and further it
  • How to create optimal conditions for innovation, inspiration, and collaboration
  • How to be clearer, more patient, and more effective with others.

This weekend is for people who currently hold a leadership role in their organization, business, or community. Reflect on where you are, see how far you’ve come, and cultivate the clarity, compassion, and courage it takes to be effective for a long time to come.
