“There’s no one right way to meditate,” teaches David H. Wagner, who developed the Living Meditation method of inner transformation over 20 years of teaching meditation one-on-one and in a variety of group settings. Instead of one tool, Living Meditation offers a toolbox of practices and techniques because no two meditators are alike—and because life changes.
Whatever your goals for learning meditation, David’s approach is as enjoyable and fun as it is transformational—you will go deep into practice, shifting your experience of yourself, and bring the effects into your relationships, work, and life.
At the core of Living Mediation are 27 powerful ancient techniques honed and adapted to suit modern practitioners. During this engaging week you will experience guided meditation sessions coupled with dynamic discussions about the process of awakening and how to apply the fruit of practice in daily life.
You will learn:
- A wide variety of meditation techniques and their specific effects and uses
- How to meditate in ways that you will love
- The applications of meditation in daily life
- Practices for relaxation, stress-relief, and inspiration.
After this workshop you will be able to more profoundly tap into your intuition, connect with your loved ones, and live in alignment with your life’s purpose. Whether you want to start a 45-minute daily practice or simply learn tools to shift your mood when needed, you will take home invaluable resources to last a lifetime.
