Program Description

Dharma—to live with higher purpose—is one of the four Vedic goals of life including artha (to prosper), kama (to enjoy life), and moksha (to experience liberation of consciousness). It is the foundation for all other life goals—your guide to living fully.
Join Yogacharya Ellen Grace O’Brian, spiritual director of the Center for Spiritual Enlightenment, and discover the way of dharma, ancient Vedic wisdom for a truly meaningful and soul-satisfying life.
In this weeklong immersion retreat, you will:

  • Learn what dharma means for your life and discover a way to live your higher purpose
  • Learn meditation, contemplation, and practices from the spiritual tradition of Kriya Yoga
  • Gather wisdom, inspiration, and practical tools for creating your personal plan for complete well-being
  • Enjoy a unique opportunity to study and practice with Yogacharya O’Brian in an intimate setting and gain life-changing insight into who you are and what is yours to create and pursue.
