Program Description

How do we truly live our best life? All of us want to be healthy, fulfilled, and able to enjoy our friends and family for as long as possible. Unfortunately, we are fighting a national current of stress, disease, and disconnection.

There is no quick-fix solution. But there are simple, time-tested, and accessible habits that can sustain a long and happy life for many years to come.

Join Partha Nandi, MD, FACP, for this weekend workshop and learn his step-by-step Health Hero® method. For more than 25 years, these holistic techniques have helped countless people nurture and maintain their optimal wellness. Throughout the weekend, in a supportive and structured environment, you will learn:

  • Tools to harness the mind’s power to heal emotionally and physically
  • Movements and exercises that are antiaging and reduce fatigue
  • Nutrition basics in a cooking demo with Kali Nandi to reverse chronic disease and replace prescription drugs
  • Why community and connection support long-term health
  • How to discover and connect to your core purpose and motivation.

Whether you are looking to radically transform your health or to simply support your current vitality and joy long into the future, you will leave with the know-how to accomplish your goal.
