Program Description

Find yourself on autopilot? In our busy modern life, opportunities to engage in deep and sustained self-inquiry are rare—inquiry that revolutionizes your understanding of self and transforms how you exist in the world.

Join seasoned meditator and dharma teacher Will Kabat-Zinn for an intensive yet lighthearted approach to mindfulness practice. Step away from the business of your day-to-day, quiet your restlessness, and look deeply into the nature of your experience in order to give rise to new ways of living, breathing, and being.

This immersive weekend retreat will include alternating periods of guided sitting, walking, and moving meditation, with an emphasis on bringing vivid awareness into each moment.

You will receive:

  • Specific and systematized instructions for evolving and expanding your meditation practice
  • Teachings on the principles and applications of mindfulness
  • Opportunities for questions and dialogue on meditation philosophy and technique
  • Support in navigating the territory of your mind and heart.

It takes a sincere commitment to show up as you are. Mindfulness is your vehicle for waking up here and now and for looking at life with clarity, fearlessness, and insight.
