Program Description

An intense physical workout or a spiritual practice? Should you really have to choose? What if one practice could grow your physical, mental, and spiritual muscles at the same time?

Initially designed for the nation’s elite special ops soldiers, Kokoro Yoga offers the best of all worlds. Grounded in the ancient science of yoga and other noble traditions, this practice-taught by former Navy SEAL Mark Divine, MBA, and his stepdaughter and yogini, Catherine Divine, E-RYT 500-is for any athlete or spiritual seeker with the heart and mind of a warrior.

In this 5-day workshop, you will learn:

  • Specialized poses, alignment guidance, and sequencing for a home Kokoro Yoga practice
  • A powerful set of breathing techniques for health, energy, and balance
  • The fundamentals of visualization, meditation, and the art of “staying on track” with your calling
  • The deeper meaning of the path and how it will help you tap into the greater levels of internal power.

This workshop will get you moving into your physical power, walking the path of your heart, and directing the power of your mind towards the fulfillment of your highest purpose.

    Mark Divine, MBA

Leadership expert, entrepreneur, and former Navy SEAL

Mark Divine is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, leadership expert, and fitness enthusiast. He graduated as honor-man of his SEAL BUD/S class 170 and served nine years on active duty and 11 years as a Reserve SEAL before retiring as Commander in 2011.

He is cofounder of SEALFIT and the Unbeatable Mind, through which he advises and trains a diverse group of clients, from Olympic medalists to CEOs and business executives.
