The world is in desperate need of a different foundation for leadership—one that takes an inside-out approach, giving leaders tools to understand themselves and develop skills for increasing employee passion, customer devotion, and organizational vitality. The Servant Leadership model takes leadership to a higher level, rooted in the commitment to serving first and leading second.
This weekend, join best-selling authors and renowned management trainers Jon Gordon, MEd, Ken Blanchard, PhD, and Marjorie Blanchard, PhD, for this innovative, inspirational workshop that focuses on the heart (character), the head (beliefs), the hands (behavior), and the habits (strategies) to help you recalibrate how you want to lead. As you consider your impact not only on your organization, but also on your life as a whole and the world, you will learn:
- Cutting-edge tools for self-reflection to tap into your personal mission and purpose as a leader
- Practices for opening your heart to connect authentically with your organization and those you serve
- How to motivate your team to clarify and achieve their highest aspirations while acting with respect, care, and fairness for the well-being of all involved
- Clear methods for mapping out a long-term vision for your legacy.
After this weekend of group discussions, interactive exercises, and introspection, you will return home with strategies to implement immediately and a deeper connection to your internal source of inspiration.
