Program Description

The Internet connects us—and sometimes overwhelms us. Yet the most important technology is within us—our brain, body, and consciousness. By tapping these inner resources, we can become better listeners, communicators, and problem solvers. We can reset our connections and live a more conscious life.

One of the great revelations of our time is that we do not need to withdraw from the outer world in order to create a peaceful space in our inner world; we can have successful careers, loving families, and active lives while incorporating practices that keep us connected to the natural intelligence within.

In this weekend retreat, Mirabai Bush and Gopi Kallayil will lead you through a fun, interactive and experiential program that will allow you to learn these tools and take them back into your lives.

Mirabai who is the co-founder of the Center for Contemplative Mind in Society is co-creator of the celebrated Search Inside Yourself program at Google – a mindfulness program that is the most popular training program at Google. Gopi is a long time Google executive who was in the pilot program of Search Inside Yourself and is also the founder of the Yoglers worldwide yoga program at Google.

In this course you will learn:

  • Contemplative practices for increasing clarity, focus, and compassion in your working and personal life
  • Emotional intelligence and mindfulness skills for the workplace to enhance mental fitness, reduce stress responses, and improve communication
  • How top companies bring mindfulness, yoga, and emotional intelligence into the workplace and the formula for you to do the same.
  • Everyday practices that you can incorporate into your life such as yoga, sitting meditation, journaling, active listening, mindful eating, restful sleep, and moving meditation

Through this exploration, you will discover that you can recover from adversity more easily, create new possibilities, and lead organizations to flourish.

Tune into your inner technology and bring empowered connection into everything you do.
