Program Description

Are you ready to create emotional, mental, and spiritual change? Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy provides a groundbreaking model for transformation, taking an effective and compassionate approach to the parts of you that are stuck in reactive patterns and holding you back from living your best life.

Developed by Richard Schwartz, PhD, IFS draws on systems thinking with the view that the mind is made up of relatively discrete subpersonalities, each with its own viewpoint and qualities. Importantly, IFS also sees people as being whole underneath this collection of parts, the true Self.

Dr. Schwartz has been using IFS in retreat settings for more than 30 years. In this 5-day workshop immersion, you will participate in a variety of inner-focused experiential exercises in both large and small groups.

You will learn:

  • How to use IFS for identifying and engaging with the various parts of yourself
  • How and why these parts swing into action in ways that prevent you from experiencing the happiness and fulfillment you seek
  • To lead your life from the Self, an inner essence of calm, clarity, curiosity, courage, and connectedness.

Discover the new possibilities available to you as you free up energy trapped in parts of yourself with other agendas.

Enjoy spending time in the space of your wise inner self, independent of all the parts, who has been there all along, waiting to support you in becoming all you know you can be, as you experience newfound coherence in the pursuit of your life dreams.
