Travis Eliot, E-RYT 500
Yoga teacher, kirtan musician, and author
Travis Eliot is an international yoga instructor, kirtan musician, and author. Known for a teaching style that is dynamic, transforming, and full of heart, he offers his signature Holistic Yoga Flow classes in Los Angeles, California, directs Holistic Yoga Flow teacher trainings, and leads workshops and retreats throughout the world.
Travis is creator of several yoga DVDs, including the groundbreaking series The Ultimate Yogi, as well as the acclaimed kirtan CD, The Meaning of Soul, which debuted at number three on the iTunes World Music charts.
Coauthor of Holistic Yoga Flow: The Path of Practice, Travis has been featured in numerous magazines, including Asana Journal, Self, and Fitness Trainer, as well as the Huffington Post.
A pioneer and leader in the yoga and fitness industry, he has an ability to make the authentic teachings of yoga accessible to a contemporary audience.

Lauren Eckstrom has studied under some of the world’s most prominent yoga and meditation teachers. Her classes combine creative sequencing with a focus on safe, sound alignment. Lauren leads Holistic Yoga Flow workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings in the Los Angeles area and internationally.
A Yoga Alliance-certified instructor and meditation teacher, Lauren guides some of the world’s most well-known musicians, fashion icons, filmmakers, executives, and Fortune 500 companies in yoga and meditation.
She cocreated the online yoga program Yoga 30 for 30, which has been downloaded in all 50 US states and over 43 countries around the world. Lauren coauthored Holistic Yoga Flow: The Path of Practice, and was associate producer of the award-winning DVD series The Ultimate Yogi.
A yoga and mindfulness writer published in Yoga Journal, MindBodyGreen.com, Huffington Post, LA Yoga, and Mantra, Yoga + Health magazine, she has also been featured by Lululemon, Alo Yoga, and Manduka.
Lauren regularly partners with licensed therapists, community leaders, and studios to help facilitate workshops and conversations that advocate yoga as a healing practice. The programs focus on topics such as reclaiming body image and making yoga inclusive for practitioners of all abilities, body types, and backgrounds.
