Sometimes you need a life revolution—an experience that sets you on a new, more fulfilling path. Are you ready?
With Eric Paskel—clinical therapist as well as founder and owner of 10 yoga studios—you will sweat, sing, and transform through rhythmic, soulful yoga flows designed to help you break through your personal history and outdated stories, work through your miseries, and forge new destinies.
Yoga Rocks Revolution has influenced thousands of yoga teachers to teach in this style, and stadiums fill with people who can’t get enough of this practice with its potential to shape the rest of your life while you have a blast!
In this one-of-a-kind workshop that includes music, yoga practice, writing prompts, lecture, and interactive exercises, you will:
- Transform your everyday yoga practice into a transcendental experience
- Translate the physical aspects of your practice into thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that bring you more power and accomplishment in a way that feels authentic
- Travel through your relationships to assess yourself, others, and the impact they have on your life.
Change doesn’t occur without outstanding effort and courage. The first steps are identifying where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there. This weekend, Eric will guide you through those steps, and you will move—mentally and physically—so you can return home ready to start a whole new chapter.
