The New Year is a natural time for reflection and intention setting. Step away from your usual routine—and the stress and busyness of the holiday season—and reconnect with yourself, others, and the living world around you.
Join yoga teacher and nature lover Laurie Sleep, E-RYT 500, and experience how yoga, hiking, and nature integrate and enhance one another, fostering feelings of deep connection and groundedness within and without.
Surrounded by the incredible beauty and nature of Santa Cruz—from the towering redwood trees to the stunning coastline—you will explore:
- The profound health benefits of combining the heart-pumping adventure of hiking with the diverse movements of yoga
- Engaging your body fully while disconnecting from technology and modern life to reconnect with yourself and nature
- Connecting with others through the joyful social interactions that outdoor hikes naturally promote
- The grounding connection between yoga practice and nature to inspire your intention setting for the upcoming year.
Start the New Year with a grounded, open heart. Reset and recharge after the holiday season and take home new ways to energize your body, calm your mind, and open your spirit for increased energy and greater well-being.
