Program Description

Are you living for your yoga practice, or using your yoga practice to help you live your life? Learn the difference and move towards peak health by adapting yoga practices to individualize and actualize your process of self-discovery and personal transformation. Join Gary Kraftsow, MA, E-RYT 500, founder of the American Viniyoga Institute, to explore specific practices designed to achieve optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Over this enriching weekend, through tailored asana, pranayama, and meditation methods, you will:

  • Consider essential components for a healthy and integrated structure in the spine
  • Learn functional tools to move with stability and ease
  • Use your practice to balance energy through the day and stop cycles of stress or fatigue
  • Practice enlivening the autonomic nervous system with vitality and relaxation
  • Learn how to overcome troubling emotions and experience more happiness and love in your life.

During the workshop, each session will consist of a presentation, practice, and time for dialogue and questions and answers. You will take home powerful tools to manage health challenges at any level and receive an electronic copy of the sequences taught.

Gain clarity about who you are and where you are going—empower your choices, identity, and direction in life by transforming dysfunctional patterns of movement, thought, feeling, and behavior to actualize your highest potential.
