Faculty Bio
Sudha Carolyn Lundeen, RN, E-RYT 500Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic lifestyle coach
Sudha Carolyn Lundeen is a senior faculty member at Kripalu Center, where she leads a variety of healthy living, yoga, and meditation courses, including 500- and 1000-hour level professional yoga teacher trainings.
She is the meditation and stress management specialist at the UltraWellness Center in Lenox, Massachusetts—a functional medicine practice. She combines ancient and modern healing techniques to work with clients privately, and leads workshops internationally in group and corporate settings.
Her approach is based on the belief that we all hold a place of deep centeredness and authenticity within, a well of ease and well-being best accessed when the body/mind is in a state of balance.
Sudha’s teaching style has been described as welcoming, humorous, and inspiring. Her Kripalu Gentle Yoga DVD has won three prestigious awards, and her Restorative Yoga DVD offers step-by-step instruction in the practice of deep relaxation and stress reduction.
