Even after yoga teachers master the mechanics of practice, so many new teachers are left yearning for a way to guide their students to a place of deep surrender, prayer, and intentional energetic shifts. Holding space for transformation starts with a commitment to our own inner journey, plus the compassion, courage, and willingness to share that experience with others.
Join internationally celebrated yoga teacher Seane Corn for a 5-day dive into your own self-expression as a pathway to facilitating transformational work for others. Through asana practice, discussion, and workshops, you’ll uncover your connection to Source and the subtle, physical, and spiritual energies that guide you. Explore new ways of inviting Spirit into the mind-body experience, incorporating ritual, and speaking authentically from the heart to inspire and inform your classes.
During this special 30-hour teacher training, you will learn:
- Keys to structuring a responsible, practical class, including alignment, adjustments, and sequencing
- How to use the chakra system for insight, wisdom, and healing
- Ways to theme a class symbolically and emotionally, introduce current events, and offer prayer and intention setting
- How to read your students’ bodies to offer relevant themes, sparking self-reflection.
At the end of this training, you’ll receive five sequences to practice and teach, plus unique prayers written by Seane to use and explore in your own teaching and practice.
