Program Description

The word yoga means union. Yoga practice creates a bridge between our physical reality and the spiritual realm. Kundalini Yoga—the “yoga of awareness”—uses this connection to awaken human consciousness to its highest potential.

Embark upon a joy-filled, inspiring, enlightened, and stimulating journey of Kundalini Yoga with master teacher Guru Singh. Learn to use the ancient technologies of Kundalini Yoga to align body, mind, and spirit, accessing a pathway to long-lasting joy, ease, peace, and calm. By consistently practicing yoga asanas and kriyas, conscious breath, meditations, and chanting, we can reach this transformed state of consciousness.

In this all-levels workshop, you’ll examine and practice:

  • Physical, emotional, and mental flexibility to view life with a broad perspective and pragmatism
  • Keen mental and emotional awareness to help create a practical approach to a successful life
  • Tolerance and understanding to find harmony each day, and compassion and forgiveness to release stagnant memories that have held you back
  • Replacing disruptive patterns and habits with positive alternatives.

Guided by Guru Singh’s world-renowned teaching, combining both science and spirituality, you’ll begin to tap into your full potential, moving toward your personal goals of happiness and fulfillment.

    Guru Singh

Yogi, spiritual teacher, author, and musician

Guru Singh is a third-generation yogi, master spiritual teacher, author, and musician who teaches conscious living through the tools of Kundalini yoga, meditation, “humanology,” and sacred sound. His teachings are inspired by Yogi Bhajan, with whom he studied with for 35 years, and his family’s deep connection to the masters of India, including Paramahansa Yogananda.

Guru Singh teaches a fusion of Eastern mysticism and Western pragmatism through classes that include yoga postures, meditation, practical explanations, musical joy, and mantras. He has written nine books, including Buried Treasures: The Journey from Where You Are to Who You Are, produced more than a dozen CDs of his own music, teaches yoga and meditation classes throughout the world, and provides daily blog posts and podcasts on social media.

While traveling, he teaches Kundalini levels I, II, and III teacher trainings and meets with students privately for consultations and sound healing sessions.
