Yogis in China are practicing Qigong (Chinese Yoga, the cultivation of Qi or life-force energy) just as Qigong practitioners in India are practicing Indian Qigong (the cultivation of prana). Both systems are founded upon “The Three Treasures”—mindfulness of the Body-Breath-Mind.
Join Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD, and master instructor Jessica Kolbe for a 7-day intensive workshop, the Level 1 Integral Qigong Practice Leader Training. You will become an Integral Qigong Teacher (IQT), certified by the internationally recognized Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC).
Through profound yet simple principles of cultivation and the renowned IIQTC Teaching Method, you will follow an information-rich curriculum and small-group confidence-building practicum as you:
- Acquire a comprehensive foundation in the Qi cultivation arts in thorough alignment with holistic principles, breakthrough contemporary science, accessible mind-body practices, Buddhist and Daoist (Taoist) philosophies, and traditional Chinese medical theory
- Study nine accessible Qigong methods: Vitality Enhancement Medical Qigong Practice (Healer Within Qigong), Nine Phases of Integral Qigong, Connective Tissue Transformation Qigong, Bone Marrow Bathing Qigong, Seven Precious Gestures Qigong, Cancer Recovery Walking Qigong, Spontaneous Qigong, A Wide Array of Qigong Breath Practices, and Qi Transmission Healing
- Learn the physiology of Qigong and study a survey of 21st-century business-building skills.
Through this training, you will be fully prepared and empowered to teach accessible, evidence-based Qigong methods in your community to help people maximize or recover their health in a variety of settings.
