Program Description

Join barre3 founder and CEO Sadie Lincoln for a workshop rooted in movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. Sadie and her team will give you practical tools and hands-on training to help you create an intentional life that’s balanced in body and empowered from within.

In this series you will:

  • Tap into the power of Body Wisdom and learn how purpose-driven modifications turn exercise into a practice of honoring your truth for a deeply rewarding experience.
  • Discover your inherent Strength with a mindful approach to functional training. Learn how strength conditioning is the more than building muscle–it’s also a way to practice resilience and become empowered within.
  • Unearth the surprising connection between Breathwork and finding your authentic voice.
  • Renew and recommit to your core values through a practical approach to living with intention as a conscious leader in your community, as parents and in our personal friend and family circles.
  • Learn a modern approach to an ancient ritual as Sadie guides you through her practice of holding Circle to lead he company, to fight lonely, and to build rich and Meaningful Connections.
  • Join us for daily barre3 classes featuring a full-body balanced workout that combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness.

During your time together you’ll also take part in group-based discussions designed to help you trust that you are your own best teacher. You’ll discover how the combination of movement, mindfulness, and social connection work together to create a connected, intentional, and empowered life.

    Sadie Lincoln

    Fitness expert, cofounder of barre3

    Sadie Lincoln is the cofounder and CEO of barre3, a fitness company focused on teaching people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. She started in 2008 with her flagship studio in Portland, Oregon, and now barre3 has grown to include more than 140 franchise studios powered by female entrepreneurs. Plus, Sadie maintains an online-workout, streaming-subscriber base in over 98 countries. What started as a workout has blossomed into a full-blown movement made up of millions of people focused on body positivity, being empowered, and redefining what success in fitness means.

    Sadie is on Inc. magazine’s Female Founders 100 list and has been featured on NPR’s How I Built This. She speaks regularly on the topics of mindful leadership, the power of body wisdom, and the movement to redefine what success in fitness means.

    Beyond running her company and being a global spokesperson, Sadie still enjoys teaching barre3 classes to many of her founding clients in her hometown of Portland, Oregon.
