Program Description

In a world where women are expected to do and have it all—where speed is synonymous with success—it takes real guts to slow down. Women: imagine all you could do, be, and become if you were getting the best rest of your life?

In this 5-day workshop, Karen Brody, MA, teaches her groundbreaking Daring to Rest™ soulful sleep program for women—a three-step approach based on her book, Daring to Rest: Reclaim Your Power with Yoga Nidra Rest Meditation. Using the deep rest of yoga nidra, with complimentary tools including slow movement and journaling, you will learn how to:

  • Enter one of the deepest states of relaxation imaginable
  • Address stress and underlying anxiety issues with yoga nidra
  • Hear your soul whispers and inspirations and share them with a powerful tribe of women
  • Be a well-rested and sustainable female leader-one whose big dreams don’t compromise self-care.

No prior experience of yoga nidra meditation is necessary-all you have to do is show up, lie down, listen, relax, and let this ancient technique work its magic. Spend five days getting the best rest of your life, and leave restored to the vibrant and embodied woman you are.
