A whole-food, plant-based diet has been found to have the potential to halt or reverse advanced heart disease, early stage prostate cancer, type 2 diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and rheumatoid arthritis. What we eat has also been shown to effect the progression of many other conditions, ranging from various cancers to autoimmune conditions.
Join T. Colin Campbell, PhD, and Thomas Campbell, MD, coauthors of The China Study, for an enlightening workshop based on T. Colin Campbell’s internationally known diet and cancer research findings. The book was an international best seller and one of the most influential nutrition books of the past 20 years.
During this informative and interactive weekend that includes research highlights and practical guidance, you will explore:
- Lessons learned from China
- The “why” and the “how to” of a whole-food, plant-based diet
- Nutritional confusion produced by powerful lobbies, government entities, and scientists
- Theoretical and practical approaches to enjoying an optimal whole-food,
