Program Description

What if everything we’ve been told about how we age is a lie? What if what we experience as the passage of chronological time is not the same as our biological age? What if we have the power to intentionally impact our health and vibrancy at any age?

Join Max Lugavere and medical doctor Paul Grewal to gain a solid understanding of your innate potential for total physical and mental health. Get a clear picture of how diet and lifestyle affect brain health, metabolism, and aging. Enjoy reconnecting with a natural, healthy you, full of energy and ease.

The week includes a variety of workouts, a custom-selected brain-optimizing meal selection, and a lot of practical information.

You will:

• Learn about the gut-brain connection and the best foods for brain and gut health
• Try a variety of workouts and discover why you need both aerobic and anaerobic styles of exercise
• Find out everything you need to know about exercise protocols, customizing your diet, tracking your biomarkers, meditation techniques, and much more.

This week is designed to inspire, educate, challenge, and support you in making the right choices to create a health-optimized lifestyle rich in brain- and body-revitalizing habits.
