Program Description

Many women have a hard time finding balance between being a “lady” and a “lover.” Once we become mothers and grandmothers, the relationship to our sexual selves can become even more complicated. Join motivational speaker and yoga coach Rina Jakubowicz to dissolve any internalized fears or labels and realize your fullest energetic body as both pure and sexy, at the same time.

Far too many emotional and societal blockages hinder our femininity from peaking—not just physically but spiritually. The word sattvic, which means pure, is one of the three gunas (qualities) in yoga philosophy. This is not a concept that in any way opposes pleasure—whether physical or spiritual.

At this invigorating retreat, learn to:

  • Redefine and embrace being sattvic and sexy
  • Take care of yourself first
  • Understand more deeply the roles of girlfriend, wife, and partner
  • Utilize tips and techniques to step into optimal satisfaction as both an empowered and a loving woman.

Through a lively, supportive, and intentional combination of interactive discussions, lectures, guided visualizations, and applied yoga philosophy Rina will break down the walls of any sexual taboos that have been holding you back. She will lay everything out so that no woman feels shy, scared, or shamed about being their gorgeous and totally badass selves.

Ladies: maximize your life. Make every day intimately orgasmic for yourself and for your partners. Because pleasure, joy, confidence, and full self-expression are your birthright—claim them.
