    Renée Peterson Trudeau

    Transformational coach, author, and speaker

    Renée Peterson Trudeau is an internationally recognized transformational coach, speaker, and president of Career Strategists, an award-winning coaching and consulting firm. Passionate about helping men and women come home to themselves through the art and science of self-care, her clients include Fortune 500 companies, national conferences, and nonprofit organizations.

    Renée has been creating and facilitating experiential events for women for more than 25 years, and is on faculty at Kripalu Center and the Esalen Institute.

    She is the author of three best-selling books on life balance, including the award-winning The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life. A sought-after expert, Renée’s work has been featured in the New York Times, US News & World Report, Good Housekeeping, and Spirituality & Health.

    She and her team have trained hundreds of RTA-Certified Facilitators in more than 10 countries to lead self-renewal groups for women based on Renée’s self-care curriculum.
