Program Description

For those of us edging toward any major life or career transition—including retirement— it’s a perfect time to step back, zoom out, clarify your vision, and begin planning for what matters most in your new life. Caroline Hall, MA, PCC, and Sabrina Roblin, CPCC, sought-after executive coaches and leadership consultants, have designed this dynamic and lively program to do just that.

The workshop enables individuals and couples to reconnect with your purpose, values, desired contribution, and Bucket List. Together, you will:

  • Envision and begin planning your next chapter
  • Awaken your innermost “wanter”
  • Explore your values, purpose, vision, and Bucket List
  • Identify the meaningful impact you want to have on your world
  • Redesign key relationships for what’s next
  • Strip away what no longer serves you to create a compelling, exciting life.

Gain the skills, tools, and structure to redesign key relationships for your next chapter along with supportive thought partners for dreaming and planning what’s next.

This highly experiential workshop combines:

  • Discovery processes
  • Small group and partner discussions
  • Relationship mapping
  • Reflection/journaling
  • Visualizations
  • Brainstorming
  • Action plan/accountability.

Instead of heading toward the bend in the road with ambivalence, get the excitement, lucidity, and purpose that will map your journey forward.

Return home energized, inspired, and focused on next steps toward crossing the bridge to your next stage of life.
