Program Description

FLOW. It’s that optimal state of body and mind where you feel and perform your best. Lots of people talk about it. Far fewer teach you how to reach it.

Join Cara Bradley, mental strength coach and mind-body expert, and learn the secrets top athletes, musicians, and innovators are all using to drop into flow. In this weekend of lecture, conversation, yoga, and experiential activities, you will learn:

  • The neurophysiology of flow and key flow triggers
  • Science-based, all-levels yoga, meditation, and breathing practices to reset your nervous system and experience more flow
  • Strategies to be clear, engaged, and agile moment-to-moment
  • The power of flow for deeper connection and better communication
  • How to design your life around flow at work and play.

Get out of your head, get into your body, and experience firsthand how to prime yourself to thrive in our fast-paced, quick-changing world. When flow happens, everything speeds up and brightens up: your energy, your thought processes, your creativity, your productivity, and best of all your natural enthusiasm and sense of being alive. Make your optimal flow state your default state.

    Cara Bradley

Mental strength coach, motivational flow master

A leading voice in mind-body training, Cara Bradley has helped thousands of people get out of their head, into their body, and into flow—a spectrum of optimal states where we are naturally enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated, and highly engaged. Unlike many motivational speakers, Cara Bradley doesn’t just talk about being engaged—she gets you there from head to toe.

Author of On the Verge: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine and founder of the award-winning Verge Yoga in Philadelphia, Cara got to know flow as a professional skater. She refined her understanding through yoga and meditation. She now shares her expertise in mental strength training and embodied leadership with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial start-ups, and collegiate sports teams.

Cara partners with the Flow Genome Project and with wearable and wellness brands including Muse and Happify. She works with the best and brightest in ultimate human performance and leadership development.

After her two kids left the nest, she and her husband sold their house, ditched their stuff, and became minimalists who now spend months on the road working and playing.
