    Cara Bradley

    Mental strength coach, motivational flow master

    A leading voice in mind-body training, Cara Bradley has helped thousands of people get out of their head, into their body, and into flow—a spectrum of optimal states where we are naturally enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated, and highly engaged. Unlike many motivational speakers, Cara Bradley doesn’t just talk about being engaged—she gets you there from head to toe.

    Author of On the Verge: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine and founder of the award-winning Verge Yoga in Philadelphia, Cara got to know flow as a professional skater. She refined her understanding through yoga and meditation. She now shares her expertise in mental strength training and embodied leadership with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial start-ups, and collegiate sports teams.

    Cara partners with the Flow Genome Project and with wearable and wellness brands including Muse and Happify. She works with the best and brightest in ultimate human performance and leadership development.

    After her two kids left the nest, she and her husband sold their house, ditched their stuff, and became minimalists who now spend months on the road working and playing.
