Yvonne Tally is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) master practitioner, author, speaker, and cofounder of Poised®, a wellness and lifestyle company.
In the wellness field for more than 20 years, Yvonne is a consultant and trainer to businesses, private groups, and individuals. Her unique blend of NLP and mindfulness training teaches individuals to uncover unresourceful thinking habits and discover and harness mental, emotional, and spiritual energy for personal growth and professional success. She guides people to step into their unique “circle of excellence” and bring their most desired life and best work forward into the world with joyful appreciation.
As a meditation teacher, Yvonne includes guided meditation as a practice for revealing meaningful outcomes, physical and emotional healing, healthy mood management, and relief from stress-related anxiety. She is a classically trained chef, certified Pilates instructor and fitness trainer, and founder of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Scarves, an annual fundraiser that provides head scarves to patients receiving treatment for cancer.
