Program Description

Do you sometimes wonder if you’re fulfilling your greatest potential? Neuropsychology shows us that unconscious patterns can close our minds to seeing opportunities and solutions to our personal and professional challenges. In this 5-day workshop with master teacher and psychology-of-creativity expert Jeffrey Davis and guest mindfulness teacher Leo Babauta, learn to dissolve those cognitive walls. Embrace skills of radical openness, curiosity, inner power, and creative problem-tracking.

Through a Burning Questions Map, Wonder Interventions, the Tracking Wonder Journal Method, indoor and outdoor embodied exercises, and more, you will:

  • Use a creative, systematic approach to convert worries into curious questions
  • Switch your state of mind from unconsciously closed to intentionally open to opportunity
  • Convert your limiting beliefs toward yourself into expansive evidence of your potential
  • Foster radical openness toward other people, your surroundings, and reality at large

    Jeffrey Davis

    Speaker, author, master teacher

    Jeffrey Davis  is a speaker, author, poet, master teacher, and strategist known for his views on creative mastery, meaningful work, and branding with integrity. He heads up the team at  Tracking Wonder consultancy and is  a veteran strategist, helping accomplished professionals, creative entrepreneurs, and business leaders advance their best ideas for a better world. He is also the author of Tracking Wonder: The Surprising Path to Deep Purpose, Creative Fulfillment, & Effortless Mastery (forthcoming 2021, Sounds True).

    Through the  Tracking Wonder podcast, Jeffrey interviews creative innovators, scientists, and social psychologists to discover how innovators flourish in times of challenge and change. He also writes for outlets such as Psychology Today online and The Creativity Post.

    Jeffrey cofounded the Walden Institute, devoted to the study of human potential, and was a resident at the Zen Mountain Monastery in New York. He also worked with his yoga teacher, Sri T.K.V. Desikachar, in Chennai, India.

    Mindfulness author and teacher

    Leo Babauta is the simplicity blogger and author behind Zen Habits, a blog with more than one million regular readers. Leo started Zen Habits to chronicle and share what he’s learned while changing a number of habits, including quitting smoking, becoming a marathon runner, writing multiple books, becoming vegan, adopting a minimalist lifestyle, tripling his income, and eliminating all of his debt.

    Zen Habits is about finding simplicity and mindfulness in the daily chaos of our lives. Leo helps people clear the clutter and adopt simple methods, so they can focus on what’s important and create a whole lifestyle by building on and learning from each previous success.

    Leo lives in Davis, California, with his wife and six kids, where he eats vegan food, meditates, writes, runs, and reads while teaching his courses Mindful Focus and Sea Change.
