Take your health journey to the next level with an additional, supercharged day with Dr. Sarah.

This masterclass will tackle challenging and controversial topics, including busting some common myths that can actually harm your health instead of improve it. During this optional third day, you’ll examine:

  • Healthy weight loss
  • Recovery following a ketogenic diet.

Learn about the limitations of dietary guidelines that do not take into account the connectivity of biological systems and the complexity of inputs to health. In the age of the Internet, misinformation, and crafty marketing campaigns, it’s more important than ever to be empowered with knowledge and the ability to critically assess claims.

This masterclass will build on the foundational information covered in The Paleo Mom Workshop and Retreat.

Recharge your health with Sarah Ballantyne, PhD, in a unique weekend of relaxation, motivation, and learning based on the latest science-grounded Paleo diet knowledge. Gain practical tips and strategies for implementing a Paleo diet for yourself and your family, and go from theory to practice.

Dr. Sarah explains the scientific evidence for each facet of the Paleo diet and lifestyle in her signature approachable style, using accessible language and visual guides. During this inspirational and educational weekend, you’ll examine:

  • The Paleo diet and lifestyle
  • The Autoimmune Protocol
  • Modifying the Paleo diet for chronic disease (including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer)
  • Gut health and the microbiome.

Learn why understanding how food affects our health at the cellular level is vital to creating sustainable life changes. And why it’s critical to self-discovery—especially for finding our own individual tolerance and for respecting our bio-individuality.

This workshop is appropriate for beginners and experts alike, using introductory information, intermediate concepts, and cutting-edge ideas. You don’t need a science background to thrive with this immersive experience.
