Jennipher Walters is cofounder and CEO of the healthy living websites Fit Bottomed Girls, Fit Bottomed Mamas, Fit Bottomed Eats, and Fit Bottomed Zen. Her book The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet was published by Random House and named one of the best fitness books of 2014 by Greatist.
A certified personal trainer and health coach, Jennipher holds a master’s degree in health journalism from the University of Minnesota and a journalism degree from the University of Missouri. She creates and curates the fresh fitness content of the Fit Bottomed sites that includes workouts, workout-music suggestions, recipes for fit foodies, fitness humor, and much more.
