Program Description

You can feel better right now—even if you’ve had chronic pain for years. Take this rare opportunity to spend a weekend with celebrated MELT Method founder Sue Hitzmann, MS, CST, NMT. The MELT Method is a revolutionary self-treatment technique that releases connective tissue to promote profound healing and eliminate pain.

Together, you will improve performance, decrease the risk of repetitive stress injuries, and eliminate chronic suffering, regardless of what’s causing it in the first place.

Through a combination of lecture, group discussion, and practical application, you will:

  • Gain a basic understanding of cutting-edge neurofascial science and its daily application
  • Discover the real cause of stiff joints, aches, and pains
  • Practice proven tools to relieve chronic pain, reduce inflammation, and eliminate headaches, insomnia, bloating, and more
  • Explore a range of MELT treatments, including the soft MELT body roller and balls for hands and feet
  • Return home with a customized self-care plan for your particular needs.

During this in-depth, immersive, and experiential workshop, you’ll also experience MELT Performance, a brand-new program that provides powerful prehab and recovery techniques. It enhances joint stability, reduces the risk of injury, and boosts your athletic performance.

This accessible, safe, and step-by-step guide in daily classes and self-care routines promotes full body relaxation, long-term healing, and overall improved well-being. Learn how to truly feel and function better—free from discomfort and hesitation every single day and in any experience of life.

    Sue Hitzmann, MS, CST, NMT

    Creator of the MELT Method®

Sue Hitzmann is the creator of the MELT Method, a simple self-treatment technique that helps people get out and stay out of chronic pain. She is a nationally recognized educator, manual therapist, exercise physiologist, and founding member of the Fascia Research Society. Sue is the author of the New York Times best-selling book The MELT Method, which has been translated into eight languages and helped over 200,000 people lead a healthy, pain-free life.

Sue’s interest in neuromuscular and manual therapies began in her twenties with a quest to find a resolution to her own debilitating pain. When top doctors and physical therapists couldn’t explain what was going on in her body, Sue found solutions in hands-on bodywork. Determined to share this manual therapy, she developed a series of lessons and routines that became MELT.

Sue has appeared on The Dr. Oz Show, Nightline, The Rachael Ray Show, Good Morning America, and Live! with Regis and Kelly, and MELT has been featured in publications such as SELF, More, Prevention, and the New York Times. She leads workshops and trains instructors worldwide.
