Program Description

From our very first movements, the brain forms neural patterns that become habitual actions, thoughts, and feelings. Applied neuroplasticity dramatically transforms these limitations into a peak range of capabilities. Join creator Anat Baniel as she guides you step-by-step through NeuroMovement, a proven, science-based approach to heightened performance that uses the brain’s natural ability to get rid of aches and pains and attain much higher levels of health and learning.

As early as adolescence, new pathways give way to well-worn grooves that prevent us from full mental and physical potential. But we now know the brain is designed to not only heal itself but actually thrive, at any age.

In this straightforward, uplifting, and accessible workshop for all levels and abilities with Anat and her collaborator Sharon Tomsky, you will:

  • Learn the Nine Essentials for Lifelong Vitality®
  • Practice movement lessons tailored to specific parts of the body that provide your brain with new information for greater flexibility, strength, and mental clarity
  • Map your optimal range of movement more fully to the brain and wake your brain up to new ways of being, quickly improving existing skills and mastering new ones.

Return home with a personalized, effective, and easy-to-use program that will continue to enhance your mental and physical strength. Reclaim your physical vitality by remapping your mind for enhanced fitness, increased joy, and the highest possible quality of life.
