Program Description

We are in an unprecedented new age of understanding the body’s structure, integrity, and movement. New discoveries from the Fascia Research Congress about the  neuromyofascial web are revolutionizing traditional therapies. Take your movement practice to the next level with Anatomy Trains author Tom Myers. Get an exciting immersion in the new paradigm of holistic anatomy and kinesthetic literacy.

Discover how yoga, movement, and fascial release can restore structural and functional integration to anyone. Through Tom’s famed and unique approach to body reading and postural assessment you will:

  • Recognize the body as holistic systems, not mechanistic “parts”
  • Learn to assess postural patterns through the interworking of six bodily regions
  • Understand the role of fascia in yoga and athletics in injury, recovery, stretching, and strengthening
  • Address common postural patterns and other anatomical issues.

Through a dynamic combination of lecture, exercises, and tailored practices, learn to read the interdependent patternsof bones, muscles, joints, and fasciathat lead to pain. Develop strategies for unwinding these patterns to restore a full range of balance, flexibility, and strength.

Return home able to directly influence the core workings of any body in a deep exploration of movement and breath—from the arches of the feet all the way up into the neck, head, and jaw.

This exceptional opportunity to learn directly from a visionary gives you the practical, powerful, and efficient tools to ease, heal, and revitalize any body’s reach of intelligent movement to enhance well-being at all levels.

10% discount is available if you sign up for both Deeper Ground and Fascia and Function, back to back programs.
