Max Strom is a global teacher, speaker, author, and trainer, best known for deeply impacting the lives of his students. In 2006, the increased demand for his work inspired him to take his teachings beyond his yoga center in Los Angeles. Max now teaches globally and has become a prominent voice of personal transformation.
His field-tested Inner Axis system combines techniques from yoga, qigong, and movement therapy to support internal emotional healing and physical health.
