Program Description

Shedding light on the powerful unconscious forces of your Inner Critic is the key to releasing habitual suffering and stepping courageously into the expression of your heartfelt dreams and wishes. Using the extraordinary Enneagram personality system can help you understand the magnitude of these subconscious forces on your life, making it possible for you to compassionately open your heart, move toward your true desires, and create deep and trusting relationships.

Join Enneagram teacher Michael Naylor, MEd, CPCC, LADC, CCS, for a ground-breaking weekend workshop focused on deepening your awareness of your Inner Critic and its harmful intrusions into your life. Working with a variety of tools and practices, you will identify your Enneagram type and its specific patterns, then unravel the ways your Inner Critic structure interferes with your capacity to love yourself and others. You’ll begin to discern the difference between the supportive voice of your Inner Wisdom and the harmful shaming, blaming, scaring, heart-wounding voice of your Inner Critic.

In this hands-on, heart-and-body workshop, you will learn:

  • Strategies to steadily relax your learned habit of listening to the Inner Critic
  • How to transform your Inner Critic’s trance-like capacity into skillful action
  • Usable skills to assist your ability to compassionately respond to Inner Critic attacks.
