Program Description

Almost every family and parent-child relationship is first conceived with the intention of love and respect. As our families grow—our children mature, we age—we find that sometimes things go awry. New challenges emerge. Regardless of the reason, most of us encounter a time in our family life where we require more support and new tools.

Join Dr. Shefali, the groundbreaking author of the revolutionary Conscious Parenting approach to raising families, for an immersive weekend workshop on a topic close to your heart and critical to your well-being. Come away with a profound understanding of her philosophies and key concepts and of how to apply them in your life to create deeper connection with your children.

Through lectures and direct experience of basic concepts and principles, you will explore:

  • The definition, introduction, and key concepts of Conscious Parenting
  • How to enter the inner landscape and sit with the “as-is”
  • Working with agendas and how to institute them—practicing commitment to embody and embodying the NO
  • How the ego distorts the essence of being and how to prevent it from doing so
  • Key questions to ground you in presence and key questions to anchor you in consciousness.

Please Note: Dr. Shefali will also be teaching a Silent & Guided Meditation course April 22 to April 25th, 2018
