Christa Reynolds
Yoga and meditation teacher
Christa Reynolds is a spiritual director, Ayurvedic lifestyle practitioner, and a Jyotish, or Vedic astrologer. For over 20 years, she has studied various yoga traditions, including Ashtanga, vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Anusara, and Iyengar, developing her own unique style of flow, alignment, and meditation.
Christa’s primary teachers have been Tias Little, Manouso Manos, Sara Powers, Jack Kornfield, Phillip Moffitt, and Yogi Bhajan. An educator above all, she helps people move away from bad habits and create healthy new conscious habits that bring them back into balance in an authentic way.
With a degree in interfaith spiritual direction from the Chaplaincy Institute of Berkeley, Christa guides people in individual sessions to greater communion with the divine through meditation and emotional release work.
Christa is also a member of New York’s Global Peace Works and has facilitated 27 individuals from around the world, from 20 different faith traditions, in working together to build a library and community center in the slums of New Delhi.

Mirabai Warkulwiz is a full-time yoga teacher and professional kirtan devotional musician who was inspired to teach by her own physical and spiritual growth thorough yoga. She holds over 1,000 hours of certifications in asana, pranayama, meditation, and kirtan in the classic Integral Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, YogaWorks, and Restorative traditions.
Mirabai has been teaching yoga and leading kirtan for over 13 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering a synthesis of unique yoga teachings to help people strengthen mind and body and open their hearts, and to lift collective consciousness. She invites her yoga students to transcend physical, emotional, and mental blocks to experience more spaciousness, comfort, happiness, clarity, and inner peace.
She began her yoga and meditation practices in San Francisco at the Sivananda Center in 1998. Inspired by how her practice helped her heal a back injury and generate other positive life changes, she decided to become certified to teach. Mirabai has completed 200-hour teacher training programs at the Integral Yoga Institute and at the Greenpath Ashtanga Studio. She has also completed a 170-hour Intermediate Teacher Training program in asana and pranayama through the Integral Yoga Institute.
Mirabai is also a kirtan musician and leads devotional chanting gatherings in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her classes combine chanting, sound, and music with asana, pranayama, yoga nidra (relaxation), and meditation to offer a spiritually uplifting and holistic experience.
