Open to your inner light by taking time to turn inward, restore, and release the year’s busyness. Solstice means “a time when the sun stands still”—and the winter solstice is the perfect time for reflection, rest, rejuvenation, and for finding a deeper connection to ourselves and our conscious community.
Join yoga teacher Christa Reynolds and professional kirtan musician Mirabai Warkulwiz on a journey of resounding joy. Slow down, breath deeply, and open your heart and voice to connect with the inner harmony of your soul.
You will experience:
- Cleansing and rejuvenating “kunda-hatha-lini” yoga to move and energize your body and breathing
- Restorative yoga to relax the body and calm the mind—the first step to truly understanding your inner power and your potential to heal
- Chakra meditation and clearing to nourish a sense of centering calm and clarity through all your energy centers
- Kirtan and song to open your heart, empower your voice, and uplift your spirit
- Sound healing and gong bath to integrate the energy and harmony you connect to through these practices.
Give yourself the gift of time, space, community, and self-love before the holidays. You will go home connected to a deeper place inside yourself from which to share love, joy, and harmony with your loved ones over the holiday season.
