Program Description

Yoga isn’t often viewed as a masculine pursuit in popular culture. Yet even professional athletes and icons of American masculinity, including LeBron James, Emeka Okafor, and Tony Parish practice yoga-they know it is effective as counter-training and helpful in injury recovery.

Join Robert Sidoti, E-RYT 200, creator of Broga-yoga geared especially to guys, or “bros”-and tap into your physical and emotional strength. You will experience a deep workout with the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning,cardio-working, stress-reducing,clarity-enhancing yoga postures, combined with functional fitness exercises.

Delve into this approach to yoga that honors its history and traditions while pushing you to new fitness levels.
You will explore:

  • Strong, energetic, and challenging master Broga® classes with emphasis on breath, strength, balance, and flexibility
  • Traditional postures linked with functional movement and fitness exercises such as push-ups and variations of squats
  • Broga® Chill, a complementary mellow approach—yoga flows inspired by sun salutations to release tension in key areas of the body in order to increase mobility and flexibility
  • Time for discussion and introspection to integrate the history and traditions of yoga with non-traditional athletic practices.

Find ease in movement without losing your edge. You will be inspired to envision the life you want and walk away with the tools you need to get there.

Broga® is optimized for men, but is open to all, including men or women who can’t touch their toes!
