Connect to Your Deeper Self

Friday - Sunday, 2 nights
Plus 2 nights all-inclusive accommodations priced separatelyRegistration Closed
Codependency has been described as “the addiction to look elsewhere.” It’s the belief that something outside of ourselves—people, places, things, behaviors, or experiences—will bring us fulfillment and joy.
Join addiction recovery specialist Nikki Myers, MBA, for an experiential workshop based on Yoga of 12-Step Recovery, a holistic model that addresses the physical, mental, and spiritual dis-ease of addiction. Through lecture, discussion, and practice, you will learn to use the tools of yoga to examine the roots of codependency and develop a deeper relationship with self.
In this weekend workshop, you will explore:
- Asana, pranayama, meditation, and chanting to ground your body
- Ways to delve into your personal patterns (samskaras), undo those that are harmful, and reinforce those that are beneficial
- Techniques to connect your true self with a higher power
- Tools for healing through a process of awareness, self-love, and creativity.
