Hippocrates proclaimed, “Everyone has a doctor in him or her; we just have to help it in its work.” As a lifestyle-focused and preventive medicine physician, Elson Haas, MD encourages his patients to find that inner source of healing and looks to inspire us all to protect our health, honor our bodies, and discover that our health is mostly a result of how we live, and is much more in our own hands than we realize.
During this retreat you’ll learn:
- How to become proactive in your own health care on a daily basis
- The real causes of disease and the nature of healing
- How to create your best, individualized diet
- Strategies for preventing diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular diseases
- How to address common ailments, including allergies, fatigue and insomnia, intestinal issues, osteoporosis, inflammation and more
During this intensive, Dr. Haas will explore the integration of Natural, Eastern and Western approaches to health. He’ll share how to keep your life in balance with his Five Keys to Staying Healthy, including practical, proven methods, insights, exercises, and meditations.
